Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. As an RBT, you will implement personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your energetic and compassionate approach will help foster meaningful progress, independence, and confidence in the individuals you serve. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact while developing valuable skills in behavioral health. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior during sessions to inform ongoing treatment adjustments Use evidence-based reinforcement strategies to motivate and encourage clients toward their goals Build trusting relationships with clients through positive interactions, patience, and active engagement Maintain detailed documentation of session activities, client responses, and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards Collaborate with team members and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions Follow all safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure a secure and respectful environment for clients Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in behavior analysis is a plus Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within specified timeframes Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients of diverse backgrounds Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately Energetic, motivated, and dedicated to making a positive difference in others' lives Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is preferred but not required Join us in creating an inspiring environment where every individual's potential is unlocked through compassionate support, structured interventions, and unwavering enthusiasm!
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
