Overview:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Spring Lake, NC-Clinic Base Full-Time or Part-Time | $90k-$107K | $5K sign-on bonus HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) to join our ABA team in Spring Lake, NC ! We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs. Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. We believe meaningful progress happens through trusting relationships, motivation, and individualized treatment—not one-size-fits-all programming. Our clinicians utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

What We Offer:
Salary Range:
$90,000 - $107,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)
Sign-On/Relocation Bonus:
$5,000 for Full-Time! Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
