Trinity, NC Job Details Part-time | Full-time $90 - $110 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Licensed Behavior Analyst BCBA Full Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning , remote or in-person clinical supervision , parent training , assessments and team meetings . Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments. At Achievements ABA Therapy, you'll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence , while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.
Compensation:
$90.00 - $110.00 per hour contingent on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals. Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care. Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions. Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care. Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients. Maintain compliance with
HIPAA, BACB
guidelines, and company policies .
Qualifications:
Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) . Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field . Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills , with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care. Bilingual A Plus, though not required! Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!
