Job Description

Job Overview- Must Live in NC or within 40 miles of the border We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress and improve quality of life for those we serve. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply applied behavior analysis principles in a supportive environment committed to excellence in patient care and behavioral health. Responsibilities Design and implement evidence-based behavioral therapy programs tailored to each individual's needs, focusing on skill development and reducing challenging behaviors. Conduct thorough intake assessments and ongoing patient assessments to inform treatment planning. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote consistency across environments and maximize therapeutic outcomes. Provide training and supervision to Registered behavior technicians and support staff on behavioral intervention strategies and data collection procedures. Maintain accurate medical records, treatment notes, and documentation of patient interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and behavioral health. Experience Certification as a BCBA or licensure as an LBA with relevant state credentials. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and special education principles. Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize data collection tools effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, intake procedures, and HIPAA compliance is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with families, educators, healthcare professionals, and team members. $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
