Ethical Caseloads & Scheduling:
We combat burnout by matching you with cases that respect your commute, your schedule, and your mental health. What You'll Do As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you are the vital connection between a child's potential and their progress.
Your day-to-day includes:
Providing high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy using positive reinforcement strategies in natural learning environments. Meticulously tracking and collecting behavioral data via user-friendly digital tools to guide real-time clinical decisions. Collaborating directly with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated BCBAs, families, and speech/OT clinicians. Upholding the highest professional, ethical, and cultural competence standards.

$22-$25/hr based on experience, with regular performance reviews.
