Job Responsibilities As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
- Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions. Job Requirements
Certification:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification, if applicable)Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).Experience:
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.Reliability:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
