Expect:
As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting, you will: Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication. Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients. Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
Who You Are:
Credentials:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

Transportation:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
Physical Stamina:
Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
