Please read below for more information. We provide the training and supply registration fees to the right person! Focused Behavior Solutions, LLC provides behavior analytic services to clients in and around Lincoln, Nebraska. We are currently in search of a Behavior Technician to join our team of enthusiastic, collaborative professionals. In this role, you will apply the principles of behavior analysis to help clients develop skills and reduce socially significant problem behavior by working one-on-one with clients in a home, clinic, school, or community setting. You will practice under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Training is provided! You must complete the Registered Behavior Technician training and take a test for a national certification. $250.00 hiring bonus if you are already a RBT, or complete your training within two weeks! Responsibilities and Duties Implement skill acquisition plans developed by the supervisor using strategies including but not limited to: behavioral skills training (BST), contingencies of reinforcement, Discrete Trial Training (DTT), naturalistic teaching (NET), task analysis/chaining, discrimination training, stimulus control transfer, stimulus fading, prompting and prompt fading, generalization and maintenance procedures Implement behavior modification plans developed by the supervisor using strategies such as: antecedent intervention, contingency management, differential reinforcement, and functional communication training Collect data using continuous measurement, discontinuous measurement, and permanent product recording Complete objective program documentation after each session with the client and adhere to requirements for data collection, storage, and transportation Actively participate in regularly scheduled supervision meetings (including observation and consultation), client team meetings, and staff training Adhere to a high level of professional and ethical standards of conduct and confidentiality Perform other duties as assigned by BCBA supervisor Qualifications and Skills Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required, but we will train the right person. Experience working with children and/or youth required. Bachelor's Degree (or degree in progress) preferred Pass State and National criminal background checks Reliable transportation, proof of a valid driver's license CPR or BLS certification (can provide) Benefits Clinic coworkers with dedicated support from BCBA's. You are not in a position where you are pushed on clients with little support.
