The ideal candidate will work with individuals, particularly children, diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities, to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our clinic is open from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday (no nights, no weekends). For full-time employees, 40 hours per week is guaranteed . Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Teach language, social, play, and functional living skills as directed by a BCBA
  • Collect data on observable client behaviors
  • Assist in the development of care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Provide behavioral therapy to clients Requirements
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients and their families
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, easily get on and off the floor, and be physically active with children.
