We are seeking a skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. About the
Role:
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized behavior plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and providing training and support to families. Your expertise will play a critical role in promoting positive behavior change and achieving long-term goals for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment approaches Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other team members Collaborate with other BCBA's and behavior analysts to ensure comprehensive treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
