Job Description

Job Overview Buzz ABA is seeking a committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team. As a family-owned ABA clinic based in Concord, NH, Buzz ABA was founded from our personal journey after our son was diagnosed with autism at the age of eight. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives and to help shape the initial clinical model of a growing business. You'll have the chance to grow professionally as the business expands. Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and monitor progress through data collection and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis techniques
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to patient assessment and care
  • Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning
