Skills and Experience:

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of students and staff

Key Responsibilities:
