Job Description

Bring your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to an exciting contract opportunity supporting elementary students in a dynamic learning environment. This full-time position offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact, working closely with K-8 learners to provide essential behavioral support and intervention. Your role will center on delivering one-on-one or small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, collaborating with educators and behavior analysts, and helping students achieve their social, academic, and behavioral goals. Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection techniques Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills Compassionate, patient, and motivated to foster student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
Support elementary-age students (K-8) under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and track student progress Collect and record accurate data on student performance and behavior Participate in team meetings and communicate progress to teachers and families Adapt strategies to meet each students unique needs and encourage positive behaviors
