9671740-03820 Job Description Step into a pivotal role supporting students in an elementary school environment as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Tech/Para with strong behavioral experience. This on-site position is a contract opportunity, offering the chance to make a difference for students with behavioral and ASD needs throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

Active RBT certification (copies required with application) Previous hands-on experience in behavior-focused educational settings (beyond 1:1 work) Background working with students on the autism spectrum (ASD) Para/Behavior Tech applicants must have robust behavior/ASD experiencegeneral classroom or 1:1 support alone does not qualify Comfortable working under the guidance of a School BCBA Ability to meet compliance for required documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver behavior intervention services to students in elementary classrooms Collaborate closely with educational staff and School BCBA to implement individualized behavior plans Support and reinforce positive behavioral strategies, ensuring the well-being and growth of students Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, following the districts reporting standards Adapt interventions and support techniques to meet the evolving needs of students You'll work a consistent weekday schedule from 8:15 am to 3:15 pm, totaling 32.5 hours per week, through the school year (10.12.2026 - 05.27.2027).
