Job Description

This contract role offers up to $35 per hour for a 36‑week assignment in a school setting in Enfield, New Hampshire. You will provide applied behavior analysis services under supervision and support students with behavioral and learning goals. The position includes competitive pay and benefits for dedicated RBTs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ABA services in a school setting under the supervision of the appropriate licensed professional. Implement behavior intervention plans, support skill acquisition, and assist students with behavior and learning goals. Collect data accurately on target behaviors and programs, and maintain timely documentation to support treatment decisions. Assist with behavior strategies in the classroom and support implementation across educational routines. Communicate professionally with teachers, caregivers, and the supervising provider to ensure consistent support.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and completion of RBT training and competency assessment. Active RBT license through the BACB. Minimum 1 year of experience as an RBT in a school or pediatric setting. Experience implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting individuals with behavioral needs. Experience supporting middle and high school students (may include elementary). Ability to work independently within established supervision guidelines. Strong documentation skills and professionalism. Reliable attendance and ability to follow safety and confidentiality requirements. Background check may be required.
