50 Stars Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support to students with special needs in a school setting.

Contract Responsibilities Provide 1:1 behavioral and instructional support to students with special needs. Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the educational team and BCBA. Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and progress notes. Support students in academic, social, and behavioral activities throughout the school day. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers. Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Requirements Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required. Previous experience working as an RBT in a school setting with students with special needs. Experience supporting students with behavioral, developmental, or learning disabilities. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families. Benefits BCBA supervision provided. Consistent full-time school schedule.
