Role:
We are seeking a driven and passionate technician to join a team in Hudson, NH area for the 26-27 school year. This position offers a valuable chance to contribute to a dynamic school environment by supporting student development and maintaining classroom continuity! The technician will provide behavioral support to students between the K-12th grades and helping them achieve academic and social goals through interventions and individualized care.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with various behavioral needs. Collect data on student progress and behavior, adjusting interventions as needed. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure consistent support. Provide direct support to students in both one-on-one and group settings. Assist in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs). Maintain professional communication with families, staff, and administration.
Qualifications:
Must be Registered Behavior Technician (BCAB) Prior experience working with children in a school setting is preferred Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to start as soon as possible
