Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract A full-time opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide vital support within an elementary Autism classroom serving K-5th grade students. This contract role is based in Manchester, NH, and offers the chance to work closely with a dedicated team in a school setting.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering direct behavioral services to a classroom of 10 students with Autism. Implementing discrete trial training and other evidence-based behavioral interventions. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to support student progress. Maintaining accurate data collection and documentation as per protocols.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably with students on the autism spectrum. Ability to implement discrete trial training effectively. Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach to supporting students.
Location:
Manchester, NH, in an elementary school environment serving children from kindergarten through 5th grade.
