RBT Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Licensed Support ABA where your passion for behavioral health and dedication to helping others will make a meaningful difference. Our program is expanding, and we are seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to be part of the team. In this role you will be implementing individualized behavior intervention plans with children who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in home, school, and center-based settings. Your energetic approach and commitment to positive outcomes will foster growth, independence, and improved quality of life. What you'll get: High level of on-the-job training Flexible scheduling options Professional development assistance and RBT supervision certification support Award winning culture and mission-driven team The opportunity to leave work each day knowing you've made a difference What you'll do: Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session Ensure that each client's individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA What you'll need: High School Diploma is required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree Preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children Current RBT certification Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community Are you searching for a role where your work truly matters?
