We are currently looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a middle schoolstudent who faces behavioral challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on a student's educational experience while working with a compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavioral interventions and strategies based on the student's needs. Work closely with the student to promote academic success and social development. Monitor and document the student's progress and behaviors. Provide support during classroom activities and ensure positive behavior management. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and family members to create a consistent approach. Utilize ABA techniques to promote positive behavior and skill development.
Schedule:
Monday -
Friday:
7:00 AM - 3:00
PM PTO Accrued:
Paid Time Off that can be used for school vacations and holidays.
Additional Hours Available:
You can also take on home care hours after school, weekends, and during school vacations for additional flexibility and income.

Qualifications:
Required:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with students with behavioral challenges, especially in a high school setting. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques. A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students.
