Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hudson, NH Soliant Education is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity with a district in Hudson, New Hampshire for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great part-time opportunity for a BCBA with previous school-based experience who enjoys collaborating with RBTs, school staff, and students.

      September 2026 - June 2027
        Schedule:
        Part Time
        • Approximately 20 hours per week
        Caseload:
        Elementary
        • 1 BCBA position available
        Job Responsibilities:
        • Provide BCBA services to an elementary-aged student population
        • Supervise and provide clinical guidance to
        • 2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
        • Perform direct BCBA duties and student support within the district as needed
        • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
        • Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure student progress
        • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, RBTs, administrators, and families
        • Provide recommendations and strategies to support positive student outcomes
        Requirements:
        • Active BCBA certification
        • Previous school-based BCBA experience is required
        • Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention, and data collection
        • Ability to effectively supervise RBTs and collaborate within a multidisciplinary school team
