Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract A full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity is available in an elementary school setting located in Nashua, NH. This contract position involves providing direct behavioral support services in an autism classroom serving K-5th grade students. The classroom consists of approximately 10 students requiring specialized attention through evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering one-on-one and group behavioral services tailored to each student's needs Implementing discrete trial training and other ABA techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collecting and accurately recording data on student progress Collaborating with teachers and support staff to enhance educational outcomes Maintaining a positive, supportive learning environment conducive to student development Qualifications and experience: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is mandatory Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in an educational setting preferred Strong understanding of ABA principles and discrete trial training Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Patience, professionalism, and dedication to improving student outcomes Benefits of this role include the opportunity to work within a supportive school environment focused on student growth, a steady full-time schedule, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism.
