What You'll Do As a school-based Behavior Specialist, you'll partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students with behavioral, emotional, developmental, and social needs succeed.
Your work may include:
Behavioral consultation within public school settings Student observations and meaningful data collection Staff coaching and classroom support Developing practical, individualized behavior strategies Collaborating with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families Helping create school environments where students can thrive Every day is different—and that's exactly why we love what we do. - BCBA or pursuit of BCBA certification is a plus
