What You'll Do As a school-based Behavior Specialist, you'll partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students with behavioral, emotional, developmental, and social needs succeed.

• Master's degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• BCBA or pursuit of BCBA certification is a plus
• Experience working with students with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges preferred More Than a Job.

$51,376.12 - $65,000.00 per year
