Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Behavior Technician with experience to join our team for part time hours for at-home services. The BT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. We offer training for this position. This role is essential in providing support and education to clients and their families, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and adherence to medical documentation protocols. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA. Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes. Assist in the development of care plans tailored to individual client needs. Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies. Provide patient care with empathy, ensuring a supportive environment for clients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
