This full-time contract opportunity is designed for a compassionate, independent professional eager to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a kindergarten student who is non-verbal, autistic, and preparing to use an AAC device. The position is based in a school setting near Concord, NH, with hours from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Desired Qualifications:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Previous experience working in educational settings, particularly with young children on the autism spectrum Confidence and independence in working with minimal supervision Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect relevant data Skilled at utilizing or learning to use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices Patient, dependable, and adaptable to the needs of the student and classroom Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families

Responsibilities:

Provide consistent 1:1 behavioral and academic support for a kindergarten student within a general education classroom Assist with daily routines, transitions, and communication using the AAC device Encourage student engagement and participation in classroom activities Document progress and communicate observations to the educational team Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes learning and independence for the student Implement strategies from the students IEP and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff This contract position offers a meaningful opportunity to impact an individual students development, while expanding your professional expertise in behavior analysis within a supportive school environment.
