Job Description

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time RBT/ABA in Asbury Park to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental disorders. In this child-centered, collaborative environment, you will implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect accurate behavioral data, and support skill development in communication, daily living, and social skills. You'll partner closely with families, receive ongoing training and supervision, and grow professionally while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, or community settings Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBACollect accurate behavioral data and document session notes Follow behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based strategies Collaborate closely with BCBAs, therapists, and clinical team members Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers about goals and progress Maintain client safety and follow ethical and confidentiality standards Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior intervention planning Data collection and documentation Implementing treatment plans Working with children with autism Client safety and crisis prevention Collaboration with BCBA/clinical team Parent and caregiver communication HIPAA and confidentiality compliance Basic computer and EMR skills
