Behavior Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to implement behavior plans and provide support in various settings.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the behavior analyst Assist in the collection of data on observable client behavior Collaborate with the treatment team to implement care plans Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized treatment plans Work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities Utilize medical terminology in documentation and communication

Requirements:
