Job Description

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their home environment across Essex County, NJ . ABS was founded in 2015 by BCBAs and LCSWs and provides individualized in home ABA therapy designed to help children strengthen communication, independence, and daily living skills. If you enjoy working with children and are interested in psychology, education, or behavioral health , this is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience while making a meaningful impact.   • $29 per hour based on experience and credentials Flexible part time schedules (after school & weekends) Consistent weekly hours with one student Supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs Opportunities to pursue Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Supportive and collaborative clinical team Available Case Schedules Case 1 Monday

Behavior Technician Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with a student in their home Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Use ABA strategies such as prompting, reinforcement, modeling, and redirection Track and document student progress during each session Communicate effectively with families and supervisors Preferred Background Psychology Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Speech Pathology Occupational Therapy Experience working with children RBT certification is a plus but not required.
