We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and growth-minded Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and adolescents in home and community settings. Responsibilities The RBT works directly with clients under BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans in home and community settings. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data using modern technology Collaborate with families and supervising BCBA Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development Help create positive, meaningful learning experiences for clients Qualifications High school diploma required Bachelor's degree preferred RBT certification required Experience with children preferred Reliable transportation Strong written and verbal communication skills CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain Physical Requirements Ability to move actively with children for 1 hour or more Ability to lift up to 25 lbs if needed Ability to sit, stand, and move during sessions Why STAR? We believe effective therapy begins with trust, collaboration, and respect. Availability This position is available for Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 4:30 - 6:30pm (total 4 hours per week). To ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff, all candidates offered employment must successfully complete a company-provided background check before their start date.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 per week
