BCBAs & Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) - Bridgewater School District We are currently seeking qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a prospective contract with the Bridgewater School District . These positions are anticipated to support both the remainder of the current school year and the upcoming school year beginning in the fall. At this time, we are proactively identifying and screening strong candidates for both roles. The interview and screening process will begin immediately, with hiring decisions to follow upon contract award.

Employment Type:

Pending contract award

BCBA Compensation:

Hourly rate up to $75/hour (capped due to reimbursement rates)

RBT Compensation:

Hourly rate between $35 - $50 per hour

Responsibilities May Include:

Delivering and overseeing ABA services in a school-based setting Conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans (BCBAs) Providing direct 1:1 support to students (RBTs) Collaborating with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements

Qualifications:

BCBAs:

Active BCBA certification and relevant experience in school settings preferred

RBTs:
