Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Success On The Spectrum - Bridgewater Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment franchise committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and collaborative care. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Social Skills programs across clinic, home, school, and community settings. Our clinical model emphasizes Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and strong collaboration with families, therapists, and educators to ensure meaningful, functional outcomes for every learner. We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time and full-time positions. We are specifically seeking candidates who have a college degree and are either pursuing a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or have prior experience working in an ABA setting. This position is ideal for individuals who are serious about developing a career in the field of ABA and want hands-on clinical experience with strong BCBA supervision and mentorship. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Use play-based and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies to build communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills Collect and accurately record data on behavior and skill acquisition Implement evidence-based behavior reduction strategies under BCBA supervision Collaborate closely with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapeutic environment Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development RBT Certification & Clinical Development For qualified candidates who are not yet Registered Behavior Technicians, we provide support toward obtaining RBT certification , including: 40-hour RBT training program Competency assessment with a BCBA Ongoing BCBA supervision and mentorship Hands-on clinical training and experience Opportunities to develop ABA skills in both structured teaching and natural environment settings Candidates pursuing a Master's degree in ABA and working toward BCBA certification are strongly encouraged to apply.
