Behavior Technician (Part-Time)

Sidekicks Support Services is looking for energetic and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide in-home Individual Support Services (ISS) throughout Burlington County, NJ. About Sidekicks Support Services Since 2014, Sidekicks has been dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs and helping families navigate the challenges of developmental disabilities. As a part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in fostering growth, independence, and community inclusion. Your Role as a Behavior Technician Provide in-home individual support for children and young adults (ages 3-21). Implement personalized support plans to enhance independence in daily life. Assist families in fostering their child's growth, learning, and development. Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. Schedule & Availability Flexible, part-time shifts available. Monday
  • Friday, after school hours (2-4-hour shifts).
Weekends available (2-4 hour shifts). Immediate cases available in Burlington, Marlton, and Browns Mills. What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience working with individuals with disabilities (required). Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field (preferred). Valid driver's license (required).
Compensation & Benefits Pay :
$22.50
  • $27.50 per hour (based on degree & experience
