Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Part-Time Afternoons Heart to Heart ABA Heart to Heart ABA is looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you enjoy working with children and are looking for a meaningful, flexible afterschool position, wed love to meet you. No ABA experience or RBT certification yet? No problem we provide training and support you every step of the way.

Position Details:

Pay:

$22$27 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Afternoons & evenings (typically between 3:00pm7:00pm)

Work 1:1 with children with autism and related needsImplement behavior plans designed by a BCBAUse play-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skillsTrack progress and collect session dataBuild strong, positive relationships with clients and families
