Job Description

Links ABA Therapy seeks a BT/ABA to provide 1:1 after-school ABA services (4-6 PM, Mon-Fri) to children with autism in Eatontown, NJ. In our collaborative, child-centered environment, you'll implement behavior and skill acquisition plans designed by BCBAs, support communication and daily living skills, and ensure a safe, engaging setting. Responsibilities include accurate data collection, documentation, and professional communication with families and supervisors. You'll receive ongoing training, supervision, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven clinical team focused on high-quality, evidence-based care. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism during scheduled 4-6 PM weekday sessions. Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans designed by BCBAs. Collect accurate session data and document progress in required systems. Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills through structured activities. Follow behavior support strategies, including reinforcement and de-escalation procedures. Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and clinical team to review progress and adjust strategies. Communicate professionally with parents/caregivers regarding session activities as directed by supervisors. Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for each child. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback. Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards and organizational policies.
