Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Advance your career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic educational setting on a contract basis. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support students' behavioral needs, and create meaningful change in their educational journey.
Key Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted BCBA certification Previous experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to provide training and support for school staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and data analysis Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Consult with educators, support staff, and families to ensure effective plan implementation Deliver training and ongoing support to staff on behavioral strategies and progress monitoring Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed Maintain compliance with all ethical guidelines and required documentation
