If you enjoy working directly with children, supporting RBTs, collaborating with families, and being part of a strong clinical team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs Analyze data and make clinical decisions based on client progress Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs Collaborate with families and clinical team members Provide hands-on support in our center-based setting Maintain clinical documentation and treatment standards Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Current BCBA certification NJ licensure/eligibility Experience working with children in an ABA setting Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
