Behavior Technician (BT)Job Summary:
Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Elizabeth, New Jersey. As a BT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies to promote meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes Collect and record data on client progress and conduct sessions in accordance with company protocols Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure therapy is practical, respectful, and impactful across settings Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to ensure continued professional growth and developmentRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt to changing client needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent data collection and recording skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company protocols and policies About theRole:
