Elizabeth, NJ and surrounding areas Echo Care ABA is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing clinical team. This is an opportunity to help shape a developing ABA program while working in a supportive environment that values clinical quality, collaboration, and respectful care for children and families. The position begins part-time, with the potential for additional hours as the caseload grows. Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans Create and update behavior intervention plans Provide direct clinical oversight of assigned cases Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians Review data and modify treatment based on client progress Complete clinical notes, assessments, reports, and authorization documents accurately and on time Provide parent and caregiver training Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and the Echo Care clinical team Ensure services comply with BACB standards, payer requirements, and applicable New Jersey regulations Participate in team meetings and treatment planning Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation in the company's clinical system Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Current New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst credential, or ability to obtain it before providing services Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field Experience providing ABA services to children with autism Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans Knowledge of RBT supervision requirements and clinical documentation standards Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to meet documentation and authorization deadlines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel within Elizabeth and surrounding New Jersey communities Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus What Echo Care Offers Competitive pay of $75-$85 per hour, based on experience and responsibilities Flexible part-time scheduling Opportunity to increase hours as the caseload grows Administrative and billing support Collaborative relationship with clinical leadership Opportunity to help develop systems and clinical practices within a growing ABA agency Mileage reimbursement for approved work-related travel between service locations A child-centered environment focused on ethical, compassionate, and individualized care Echo Care ABA provides ABA therapy to children and families through center-based, home-based, school-based, and community-based services.
