Clinical & Administrative Support Hybrid f lexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics BT Managers for performance and operational support BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing Learning & Advancement Internal CEUs and virtual trainings Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings Clinical ladder with progression from

Base Salary:

$83,100 and $103,800

Bonus:

$61 to $76 for each additional billable hour (e.g., +5 billable hours/month = $3,500-$4,500 annually)

First Year Singing Bonus:
