Job Description

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate RBT/ABA Therapist to provide part-time, 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism in Englishtown. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA, focusing on communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior reduction. You will collect accurate session data, follow evidence-based ABA protocols, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary, child-centered team. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, clinic, or community settings Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs with fidelity Collect accurate behavioral and skills data during each session Support behavior reduction and skill-building goals using evidence-based ABA techniques Communicate session progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs and caregivers Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills Maintain professional, ethical conduct and follow all clinical protocols and documentation standards Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior intervention planning Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Data collection and documentation Behavioral assessment support Implementing treatment plans Collaboration with BCBAs and clinical team Parent and caregiver communication Use of ABA software/tools Understanding of autism spectrum disorders
