Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - $25, ABA Therapist - $23 Looking for a Role That's Hands-On, Meaningful, and Fast-Paced? Interactive Kids is hiring experienced ABA staff to join our Behavior Stabilization Program (BSS) — a specialized program designed to support students with significant behavioral needs who require a highly structured and supportive environment. Many of the students in this program have experienced difficulty maintaining success in traditional classroom settings due to behaviors such as aggression, elopement, self-injury, or severe dysregulation. The goal of the program is to help students build stability, strengthen replacement skills, and increase readiness for less restrictive environments. This is a role for someone who can remain calm during high-stress moments, work collaboratively with a strong clinical team, and provide consistent support even on difficult days. What You'll Be Doing Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral support services Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs Utilize proactive behavior supports and approved crisis intervention procedures when necessary Support students in building communication, coping, emotional regulation, and social skills Work across school, stabilization, community, or home-based settings depending on program needs Collect behavioral data and maintain accurate session documentation Participate in team collaboration and case discussions Support newer staff through modeling and guidance when assigned Assist with personal care tasks when needed, including hygiene, feeding, and toileting support Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment What Makes Someone Successful in This Role You may be a strong fit if you: Have previous experience supporting individuals with behavioral or developmental challenges Are comfortable working with high-intensity behaviors and crisis situations Can stay regulated, patient, and professional under pressure Work well as part of a collaborative and supportive team Are open to feedback, learning, and ongoing skill development Want work that is active, meaningful, and clinically rewarding Are comfortable supporting personal care needs when necessary RBT certification is preferred, but not required.
