Competitive hourly rate based on experience About Us Learn Through Play ABA provides compassionate, individualized ABA services to children and families in Northern New Jersey. Our approach is play-based, family-centered, and focused on helping children build meaningful skills in communication, social engagement, play, daily living, and independence. We are currently looking for a caring and professional BCBA to support services in the Fair Lawn/Paterson area. Position Overview The BCBA will provide clinical oversight for ABA services, including program development, supervision of RBTs/Behavior Technicians, parent training, data review, and treatment-plan updates. This position is ideal for a BCBA looking for flexible part-time hours with the opportunity to grow as our caseload expands. Responsibilities Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment programs Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs/Behavior Technicians Review client data and make data-based treatment decisions Conduct parent/caregiver training and provide family support Complete required documentation, progress updates, and clinical notes Provide direct observation and feedback to staff Support behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programming Ensure services are provided in accordance with BACB ethics, payer requirements, and company policies Collaborate with families and team members in a professional and compassionate manner Qualifications Current BCBA certification required New Jersey LBA preferred/required depending on assignment Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to homes in the Fair Lawn/Paterson area Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply but not required Benefits Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly compensation Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow with a new ABA company Meaningful work with children and families Administrative support Schedule This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
