Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) Part-Time Afternoons

Company Overview At Autism ProCare, we are dedicated to helping children with autism build meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. Our center-based program focuses on individualized care, teamwork, and creating a supportive environment for both our clients and staff. Position We are currently seeking motivated and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing center-based ABA team for afternoon hours. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM Part-time afternoon position Center-based only Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Collect accurate session data and complete session notes Support clients in communication, social, play, and daily living skills Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging environment Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical staff to support client progress

QualificationsPreferred:

Active RBT certification Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Also Welcomed:
