In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, support clients in achieving their goals, and collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene routines, to promote independence. Collect and analyze behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment plans. Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols designed by licensed behavior analysts to support clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Support clients in managing behaviors through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques. Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistency in care plans and therapy implementation. Participate in ongoing training on professional ethics, medical terminology, behavioral health practices, and the Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially within special education or home-based behavioral settings. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and implementing ABA therapy protocols. Strong skills in data collection, medical documentation, and maintaining accurate medical records. Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients' daily routines with patience and professionalism. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and client confidentiality standards. Prior experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or neurodevelopmental disorders is highly preferred.
