Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect accurate data on client behaviors and progress during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment adjustments. Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and skill development. Support clients in developing social, communication, daily living, and adaptive skills through engaging activities. Maintain a safe, supportive environment that promotes trust and motivation for clients of all ages. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in treatment delivery and share insights on client progress. Document session details thoroughly and report any concerns or significant changes to supervising professionals promptly. Requirements Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or experience in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and their families. Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans consistently. Energetic, patient, and adaptable approach to working with diverse individuals. Willingness to work flexible hours, including afternoons or evenings if needed. Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates eager to learn.
