$24 to $30 per hour Position Overview Flywheel Centers is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children with autism across Mercer County, NJ (Hamilton, Trenton, Princeton, Pennington). As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children build critical life skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy Follow BCBA treatment plans Collect session data Participate in supervision and team meetings Communicate with families and team members Maintain professionalism and ethical standards What We Offer Flexible scheduling $24-$30/hour Growth opportunities Supportive clinical team Free 40-hour RBT training Ideal Candidate Motivated, reliable, and passionate about working with children.
