Job Description
Links ABA Therapy, a child-centered ABA provider in Jackson, seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 therapy for children with autism. Under BCBA supervision, you'll implement individualized treatment plans, teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and collect accurate session data. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support families, and participate in ongoing training within a collaborative, growth-focused culture dedicated to high-quality, evidence-based care and meaningful outcomes for each child and family served. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Collect and record accurate session data on behaviors and skill acquisition Support daily living, communication, and social skills development Collaborate with clinicians, therapists, and families on goals and progress Follow safety, ethical, and confidentiality standards in all sessions Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings Maintain a child-centered, supportive, and professional environment Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) fundamentals Behavior data collection and documentation Implementing behavior intervention plans Communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of autism spectrum disorders De-escalation and behavior management techniques Time management and reliability Collaboration with clinical teams Confidentiality and HIPAA awareness Basic computer and electronic health record entry
