Links ABA Therapy, a child-centered ABA provider in Jackson, seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 therapy for children with autism. Under BCBA supervision, you'll implement individualized treatment plans, teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and collect accurate session data. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support families, and participate in ongoing training within a collaborative, growth-focused culture dedicated to high-quality, evidence-based care and meaningful outcomes for each child and family served.
