Links ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time RBT/ABA therapist in Lakewood to provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism. In this child-centered, collaborative environment, you will implement individualized treatment and behavior plans, collect accurate session data, and support functional communication and daily living skills. You will work closely with BCBAs, receive ongoing training and supervision, and partner with families to generalize skills. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental disorders in home or clinic settings. Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA. Accurately collect, record, and report session data on behaviors, goals, and progress. Follow evidence-based ABA protocols, including reinforcement, prompting, and skill-building programs. Collaborate with supervising clinicians and participate in supervision, training, and team meetings. Communicate professionally with families, supporting generalization of skills to home and community. Maintain client safety and follow crisis prevention and de-escalation procedures as trained. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, confidentiality requirements, and agency policies.
