Looking for those that have at least 1 year experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Preference will be given to those enrolled in a program in pursuit of acquiring RBT or BCBA credentials. If needed, BCBA supervision can be provided.
Job Description:
$28/hr 8 yr old boy Wednesday & Thursdays 3:30-6 pm Saturdays 3 hour session, time flexible
Job Requirements:
In-Person, 1:1 direct therapy Implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under the supervision of a BCBA Data collection on client programs using HiRasmus Comfortable receiving in-person and telehealth training from the BCBA Effective and professional communication with BCBA and family Ability to work independently Completing thorough daily session notes
Qualifications:
Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience with ABA techniques and procedures, however, training can be provided for the right candidate Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum Minimum of Highschool Diploma Must pass a background check Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Have a strong, reliable work ethic (your clients depend on you) Access to reliable transportation Laptop or iPad/Tablet to bring to sessions https://www.individualizedsupports.com/
