Job Description

Behavior Technician Starting Pay:

$25.00/hour ($30/hour for Registered Behavior Technicians)

Location:

Little Egg Harbor (Ocean County, NJ)

Hours:

4:30-6:30 Monday through Thursday At C3 Behavioral Services, we focus on therapy that is Compassionate, Collaborative, and delivered with Consent. Join a growing ABA practice dedicated to providing high-quality care for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. We are seeking reliable and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans Collect and record accurate session data Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA Maintain professionalism with clients and families

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old or older High school diploma or equivalent RBT certification preferred (training available for qualified candidates) Ability to pass a background check Strong communication skills and a positive, compassionate attitude
